We have put together a wee parcel of smokehouse goodies - all of these can be frozen and again, limited offer - the package comes as is - no alternatives - so in the parcel you will get 2 x pairs of Vincent's yummy kippers (sweet as honey and fall off the bone!) - a pack of smoked mussels, a 200g of wild smoked salmon trimmings, and a 100g of traditional Marrbury smoked salmon trimmings. 

Smoked Mussels can be eaten out of the pack - however - Ruby's serving suggestion is to serve with pasta or chunky bread - for a tasty dish put a little oil in a pan, add half a chicken stock cube, grated rind and juice of a lemon, few sprigs of rosemary and a few capers - (or indeed simply some fresah dill ) a splash of white wine doesnt go wrong either - add some cream - and thicken - once the sauce and pasta are ready, poach the mussels in the sauce for just a couple of minutes until warm enough -  deeeeeeeeeeeeelicious!!

Trimmings - 101 uses of course but to make a simple pate throw in 500g cream cheese, grated rind and juice of a lemon, black pepper and whizz in blender till smooth.

A 200g of wild trimmings alone is normally £13 - so this is a bargain pack at £25 !
