Succulent slices of our hand smoked duck breast which are encrusted with crunchy black pepper. 

Juicy duck, tender and tasty, makes a wonderful little appetiser.

100g serves 2-3

Arrange like little "petals" on a bed of fresh leaves. Just before serving, gently warm a tablespoon of redcurrant jelly with a little water, in a cup in the microwave. Make a warm, runny "coulis" and drizzle it over the arranged duck slices.
