Our smoked salmon is truly unique: once you've tasted Marrbury, you'll always remember it. Each side is crafted by hand, and in blind tastings, many people can't distinguish it from our wild smoked salmon.
 
Prepared using a traditional dry salting process that removes moisture and takes nearly four days from start to finish, we deliver a clean, beautifully hand-carved smoked salmon.
