It is hand produced by one man, and blind tasting has resulted in people not being able to tell the difference between this and our wild smoked salmon.
We dry salt to remove moisture - Our process takes nearly four days from start to finish, resulting in a clean, beautiful hand carved smoked salmon.

Available in 200g, 500g and whole 1KG sides both hand carved and our unsliced (split in 2) 1.3KG option.
