Juicy duck, tender and tasty, makes a wonderful little appetiser.

 

Serving suggestion: Slice thinly, arrange like little "petals" on a bed of fresh leaves. Just before serving, gently warm a tablespoon of redcurrant jelly with a little water, in a cup in the microwave. Make a warm, runny "coulis" and drizzle it over the arranged duck slices.
