A simple goats cheese takes on a whole new flavour when smoked. Dont like that strong "goaty" taste? I have heard it said, so many times in our shop "Oh I dont like goats cheese" - and yet, when one tastes Vincent's smoked.. love it! For a super started - crumble some over a round of black pudding, pop in the grill, then serve over leaves with a fruity chutney. Delicious!
